Why we cook this way
We opened Marigold to cook the breakfast we wanted on a slow Saturday: bread baked before sunrise, eggs from farms up the road, and coffee roasted across town. Lunch is soup, sandwiches, and one hot plate that changes every week. Come hungry, stay as long as you like.
